Which player will get your vote in our first poll?
Over the last four decades, 35 men have been named PFA Player of the Year, but who was the greatest of them all?
We want YOU to help us decide by voting for your favourites, as Sky Sports and the PFA team up to celebrate 40 years of the prestigious awards ceremony.
We will be running a series of polls here on www.skysports.com over the next four weeks and the two players with the most votes in each poll will go forward to our final vote in April.
The winner of that final vote will be named the ultimate PFA Players' Player of the Year.
Here's how the polls will look:
Pot One (poll starts March 18): We're asking you to pick your favourite winner from 1974-1982 (Norman Hunter, Colin Todd, Pat Jennings, Andy Gray, Peter Shilton, Liam Brady, Terry McDermott, John Wark, Kevin Keegan)
Pot Two (poll starts March 25): We're asking you to pick your favourite winner from 1983-1992 (Kenny Dalglish, Ian Rush, Peter Reid, Gary Lineker, Clive Allen, John Barnes, Mark Hughes, David Platt, Gary Pallister)
Pot Three (poll starts April 1): We're asking you to pick your favourite winner from 1993-2002 (Paul McGrath, Eric Cantona, Alan Shearer, Les Ferdinand, Dennis Bergkamp, David Ginola, Roy Keane, Teddy Sheringham, Ruud van Nistelrooy)
Pot Four (poll starts April 8): We're asking you to pick your favourite winner from 2003 - 2012 (Thierry Henry, John Terry, Steven Gerrard, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ryan Giggs, Wayne Rooney, Gareth Bale, Robin van Persie)
What's more, everybody that votes will be eligible to enter our prize draw to win two tickets to the 2013 PFA Awards ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, on Sunday April 28.
