Chelsea's senior team may have missed out on a trophy this season but their U21 side can bag a memorable double on Wednesday night live on Sky Sports.
The young Blues captured the FA Youth Cup in a thrilling final with Fulham and can add the league play-off crown to their trophy cabinet if they beat Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The two sides meet in the Premier League play-off final after Chelsea topped the regular season table and then beat Man City on penalties in the semi-finals, while United earned their showpiece slot with a 1-0 win at Anfield in the final four phase.
Despite finishing up in third spot, United head into the final on their home patch on a fine run of form. Mid-table in January, the title holders looked unlikely to defend their crown until a streak of just one loss in 11 outings propelled them into the play-off picture.
With James Wilson - fresh from his two-goal, match-winning debut for the senior side against Hull - up front and talented young keeper Ben Amos between the sticks, United have a formidable side.
However, they will have to be at their best to see of the London side, who include goal-scoring central midfielder and captain Lewis Baker in their number, along with England U17 ace Isaiah Brown.
Entry to Old Trafford is free but if you can't make it tune into Sky Sports 1 from 7.30pm for the 7.45pm kick-off.
