After a season of pulsating twists and turns, it is Man City who have been crowned Premier League champions.
The 2-0 win at home to West Ham on Sunday secured their second title in three years - but their first under Manuel Pellegrini - with Liverpool having to settle for second after a campaign of dramatic improvement.
2012/13 victors Manchester United, though, struggled in the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era, dispensing with the services of David Moyes in April before going on to finish seventh.
There were better seasons for Southampton and Stoke, who went on to record spots in the top 10, but there was woe for Cardiff, Fulham and Norwich, who were relegated to the Championship.
A host of Sky Sports' finest pundits - Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher, Graeme Souness and Jamie Redknapp - will join David Jones on Monday to reflect on the key talking points from the campaign.
They will salute the new champions and chat about Jose Mourinho's first term back in the Premier League, Man United's toils, Liverpool's sensational strike-force, all th emanagerial changes and plenty more besides.
So don't miss Premier League - End of Season Special, 6pm and 10pm, Monday, Sky Sports 1.
Before then, make sure you check out our season review podcast as Geoff Shreeves looks back on the campaign with Graeme Souness and Niall Quinn.
