Sule last week extended his deal until 2017, and now first-choice keeper Casteels and his understudy Grahl have been rewarded with fresh terms.
Casteels has established himself as Hoffenheim's No.1 keeper and is also pushing for a place in Belgium's World Cup squad alongside Thibaut Courtois and Simon Mignolet.
A Hoffenheim statement read: "1899 has signed contract extensions with Koen Casteels and Jens Grahl ahead of time.
"Casteels will stay at TSG until 2017, his contract would have been up in 2015. Grahl, whose contract would have been up next year, has signed for two more years until June 2016."
Meanwhile, Hoffenheim's general manager Alexander Rosen has expressed his delight that teenage defender Sule accepted an extension.
Rosen said: "We are delighted to have agreed a new deal with Niklas Sule.
"Niklas has made strong progress and in recent months he has really made one more big step forward."
