Aldershot manager Andy Scott is confident his side can avoid relegation from League Two following Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Port Vale.
The Shots remain rooted to the foot of the table despite picking up a valuable point thanks to Paul McCallum's 74th-minute equaliser at Vale Park.
With four games remaining, Scott's men are now just a point from safety and ready for the battle that awaits them.
Scott said: "We will be okay if we retain that positivity and mental strength.
"People who have watched that will be going away from here asking themselves 'how on earth are they at the bottom of the league?'
"We can beat anybody if we keep believing. The spirit in the group has grown stronger and stronger and that togetherness is what can see us through."
