Aldershot boss Kevin Dillon has backed winger Jermaine McGlashan to make an impression at the club this year.
McGlashan, 22, was in fine form in midweek during the Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat at Bristol Rovers and could keep his place for the League Two clash with Oxford.
Dillon said: "He was tremendous, absolutely terrific.
"He caused massive problems on Tuesday, every time he got the ball something happened.
"Corners, free kicks, the penalty, crosses into the box, a chance and in the end their full-back was too frightened to get tight to him and was dropping off so he had space to run at him."
