Striker feels his FA Cup goal proves he can still be an asset

Clinton Morrison insists he does not want to leave Sheffield Wednesday after attracting interest from other clubs. The striker has struggled to secure a spot in Gary Megson's starting line-up this season and took in a spell on loan at League One rivals MK Dons earlier in the campaign. He was handed a start in Saturday's FA Cup fourth round tie against Blackpool and scored the Owls' goal in the 1-1 draw at Bloomfield Road. The 32-year-old believes his goal proved he can still be a valuable asset for Megson and he is eager to remain at Hillsborough. "The goal showed I'm still around," said Morrison. "There's been a few clubs in for me, but I don't want to leave."
