Tisdale: Happy with draw

Sky Bet

Paul Tisdale praised the resilience of his team after Exeter stretched their unbeaten run to four games with a 0-0 draw at Oldham.

Both goalkeepers - Exeter's Artur Krysiak and Oldham's Alex Cisak - were in impressive form in a stalemate featuring several goalscoring chances.

Cisak pulled off a superb double save in the first six minutes, denying Richard Duffy and Richard Logan. Jake Taylor and substitute Daniel Nardiello were also thwarted by the big Australian.

Tisdale said: "It's nice to have another game unbeaten and I'm pleased to say we've kept three clean sheets in a row.

"We haven't scored many goals recently, but I can see that changing with the chances we are creating. The wind made this game very messy and, in all that hurly-burly, it can be hard to slow down and make the right decisions.

"It was a day for mistakes, but we looked very competent and very competitive."
