Crystal Palace full-back Danny Butterfield has signed a two-year contract extension at Selhurst Park.
Butterfield is approaching 200 appearances for Palace, who he joined on a free transfer from Grimsby Town in 2002.
He had no hesitation in committing his future to Neil Warnock's side and is now targeting promotion to the Premier League.
"I am delighted to be signing a new deal with the club and really believe that the current squad can continue to perform to a level that will see us challenging for honours at the end of the season," Butterfield told the club's official website.
"This was an important decision for me at this time of my career and I would like to thank the fans for always making me so welcome at Palace and we can all move forward together at an exciting time for the club."
The 28-year-old, whose previous deal was due to expire in the summer, has made 20 appearances for Palace this season.
