Poland coach Waldemar Fornalik insists he is not set to resign after he saw his country's World Cup hopes end on Friday night.
The Poles were still in contention in Group H - but their loss to Ukraine, coupled with England's win over Montengero, means their hopes have vanished.
Ahead of their final qualifier with England at Wembley on Tuesday, Fornalik insists that he will remain in charge.
"I'm not going to resign - now I'm only thinking about a game with England," he said.
"I have a contract till the end of this year and we have one more match in the qualifying rounds.
"We will assess the team and how we were eliminated later."
Poland lost 1-0 in Kharkiv with Andriy Yarmolenko scoring, and Fornalik was disappointed.
"We played quite a good game. We lost due to an individual mistake which is always disappointing.
"We created a lot of good chances to score but again, we failed to take them."
