Greece coach Otto Rehhagel had no complaints after seeing his side crash out of the World Cup following a 2-0 defeat to Argentina.
The 2004 European Champions adopted a cautious approach in the hope that a point would be enough for them to sneak through in second place in Group B.
But with South Korea drawing 2-2 with Nigeria, it was the Asian outfit who booked a meeting with Uruguay in the second round.
Argentina's victory came thanks to late goals from Martin Demichelis and veteran striker Martin Palermo and saw them top Group B with a maximum nine points.
Rehhagel admitted his side were second-best, but that was to be expected against Diego Maradona's star-studded side.
"It was a well-deserved victory, no doubt about that," said the 71-year-old German.
"We wanted to avoid an early goal, we managed to do that, but of course Argentina had more class and that earned them the win.
"My players played with their hearts and with excitement
"But it was just not enough to cause Argentina much trouble."
