Cook wary of complacency

Manager Paul Cook will not be taking Chesterfield's FA Cup opponents lightly, whoever the Spireites end up facing.

Cook's men will travel to either Braintree or Weymouth in the first round of the competition. Weymouth and Braintree will replay their fourth-round qualifying match on Tuesday night after a goalless draw on Saturday. Cook said: "Whether it's Braintree or Weymouth it'll be a great occasion and exactly what the FA Cup is all about. "We'll be going down to a non-league club and they'll have a glint in their eyes planning to take a League One scalp. "We'll be travelling down showing them the greatest of respect and not taking either side lightly because we know how hard it'll be. "The bottom line is that this will be a great day in the FA Cup for the home fans and it'll also be a good day for our travelling supporters. "We're looking forward to it and hoping we'll be able to do enough to get to the second round."
