No contact from Stamford Bridge for Argentinian, says agent
Chelsea have not made a move for Inter Milan defender Nicolas Burdisso, according to the player's agent.
Burdisso, who has been heavily linked with a switch to Inter's Serie A rivals Roma after spending time on loan there last season, has now reportedly attracted the interest of Blues manager Carlo Ancelotti.
But the 29-year-old's agent, Fernando Hidalgo, insists he has received no word from Stamford Bridge regarding the Argentinian stopper.
"Chelsea have not contacted me for Nicolas," Hidalgo told calciomercato.it.
"Just yesterday I spoke with the Blues about another situation and Burdisso's name never came up.
"I don't know anything about this interest. (Is it an) Inter market strategy? I don't know.
"I don't know if Nico would refuse Chelsea because we cannot talk about assumptions that have no real feedback."
