Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has dismissed reports linking Abel Hernandez with a move away from the club.
The striker has attracted interest from a host of Serie A sides but, speaking to Radio Radio, Zamparini says a move away is not on the agenda.
Zamparini said: "Napoli? Roma? Abroad? No, Abel Hernandez remains at Palermo.
"The clubs, instead of calling the club who owns him, make contact with agents or the player and it adds to the confusion. Hernandez is not for sale.
"To avoid speculation in the future, and if a club wishes to sign Hernandez, they must first talk with me and then agree a fee."
The player is reportedly keen on moving in order to boost his chances of representing Uruguay at the World Cup.
