Morecambe have signed right-back Shaun Beeley following his release from fellow League Two outfit Fleetwood.
The defender clocked up over 200 appearances for the Cod Army and recently impressed during a loan spell with Bury before a hamstring injury cut short his stay at the JD Stadium. Beeley, 25, has signed a deal until the end of the season at the Globe Arena. "I have been looking to add to our defence for some time and Shaun is someone who fits the bill perfectly," boss Jim Bentley told the club's official website. "He is an excellent defender with a lot of experience and will certainly add to our squad."
