Rotherham have completed their ninth summer signing with the capture of Morecambe defender Lawrie Wilson.
Wilson, 25, has signed a one-year contract with the Millers, who have an option to extend his stay for another season.
"It has taken a number of weeks, but I've signed the left-back I identified as my first choice," said Millers manager Steve Evans.
"I thought he would have a number of options with one of them being an offer by Morecambe, so I'm delighted we've signed him, he clearly sees the ambition at Rotherham United."
Wilson, who made 123 appearances for Morecambe after joining from Chester in the summer of 2009, started out as a trainee at Everton and has been capped at England under-18 and under-19 level.
