Morecambe manager Jim Bentley admitted he had plenty to consider after a third home defeat of the campaign.
Jack Midson cancelled out Stewart Drummond's opener for Morecambe before Christian Jolley headed home with seven minutes remaining to give AFC Wimbledon a 2-1 win.
Bentley said: "I'm really disappointed to lose at home again after some good results away from home.
"I have to say Wimbledon are a very good side who move the ball well and play the right way and every credit to them, but there were still things I wasn't happy with.
"There were a few home truths said in the dressing room after the game but that was good because it shows some passion and it shows we are determined not to let our good start to the season slip."
