Cheltenham have added to their ranks with the double loan capture of wingers Medy Elito and Jake Thomson.
Manager Mark Yates predicted new arrivals ahead of Saturday's trip to Stevenage and has opted to bolster Town's pace and width in attacking areas.
Elito spent time on loan at Whaddon Road last season, making 12 appearances and scoring three goals, and has now penned a deal from Colchester until the end of the season.
Meanwhile, former Southampton wide man Thomson, 21, has signed an initial one-month deal from Exeter having seen his first-team opportunities limited at St James Park this term.
Both players are in contention for the weekend clash at Broadhall Way as Town look to get back to winning ways in their bid for a play-off spot.
