Sky Sports understands Fleetwood Town are lining up a move for highly-rated Kidderminster Harriers striker Jamille Matt.
Matt only returned to action in November after he resolved his citizenship problems which stopped him from playing for nine months
The 22-year-old has impressed upon his return to the Kidderminster fold, netting eight goals in eight appearances, including a hat-trick against Newport County.
Several sides were thought to keeping tabs on Matt prior to his work permit issues and scouts have been flocking to check on the forward since his return to action.
Fleetwood are hoping to win the race for Matt's signature as Graham Alexander looks to bolster his side's attacking options this month.
Kidderminster are keen to keep Matt, but they would find it hard to resist a sizeable offer should Fleetwood firm up their interest.
