Former Barcelona star Ronaldinho looks set for a move to Africa to join Angolan club Kabuscorp, according to the club’s president.

The two-time FIFA World Player of the Year is currently on the books of Mexican side Queretaro, having joined them in September after previously being linked with the Angolan outfit.

The 34-year-old now looks set to follow in Rivaldo’s footsteps and sign for Kabuscorp when the Mexican season ends later this year.

Kabuscorp president Benedict Kangamba told Public Television Angola (PTA):  "It's a certainty. We are negotiating, but Ronaldinho has to terminate the contract with his current club, and then be able to join us in June.

"You may ask why I picked Ronaldinho - well, I want quality in my squad."
