Sheffield United defender Aaron Barry has joined Scottish Championship side Dumbarton on a six-month loan deal.
The versatile 20-year-old, who has yet to make a first-team appearance for the Blades, will stay north of the border until January. Irishman Barry arrived at Bramall Lane from Arklow Town and was a member of the United youth team that reached the FA Youth Cup final in 2011.
