Danish Superliga side Randers FC have signed Dutch midfielder Lorenzo Davids from League One side Bournemouth.
The 26-year-old, cousin of former Holland midfielder Edgar Davids, moved to the Cherries on transfer deadline day last August.
However, he has struggled to make an impact on the south coast, making just three appearances all season, the last coming in October.
Eredivsie outfit Willem II were heavily linked with a move for Davids in the January transfer window.
It is the Danish club that has won the race to sign him though, with the former Feyenoord youngster penning a two-and-a-half year deal.
"He is a talented midfielder with great technique and energy but he will have to fight for his place in the match squad like everyone else," Randers boss Colin Todd told the club's official website.
