Barnet Academy player George Sykes has signed his first professional contract with the League Two outfit.
The striker, 18, will now set his sights on breaking into the first team after making his debut at Underhill earlier this season. Academy manager James Thorne told the club's official website: "I'm delighted for George and his family. "George has worked extremely hard since coming to the club as an Under-16. His work ethic and determination to improve has been the key to his success so far."
