Sky Sports understands a host of clubs have made enquiries to sign Chelsea youngster Conor Clifford on loan.
Midfielder Clifford is back at Chelsea after a loan spell at Portsmouth earlier this season.
Chelsea are thought to be keen on sending Clifford out on loan again and the news has alerted a number of League One and League Two clubs to his availability.
Clifford is highly rated at Stamford Bridge having captained Chelsea to FA Youth Cup success in 2010 and he is a regular in the club's reserves.
The 21-year-old has also been included in the last couple of Republic of Ireland squads and has again been named in Giovanni Trapattoni's squad for this month's friendly with Greece.
