Sky Sports understands a number of League One clubs are interested in taking Bristol City full-back Joe Edwards on loan.
The 21-year-old academy product recently signed a new contract at Ashton Gate after impressing manager Derek McInnes last season, which included a loan spell at Yeovil Town.
After making a handful of starts in the Championship in the last couple of seasons, City are keen for Edwards to taste more regular league football.
Yeovil would like the player back at Huish Park, but Walsall and Stevenage are also keen on landing him.
