Dundee have signed former Falkirk striker Mark Stewart ahead of their return to Scotland's top flight.
The 24-years-old joins the club after a successful trial which included an appearance in the Dark Blues' pre-season friendly against Cove Rangers.
After coming through the Celtic youth ranks, Stewart started his career with Falkirk at 18 before enjoying a loan spell at Stranraer.
During his time with the Bairns he helped the club to the 2009 Scottish Cup final ahead of a move to England and Bradford City two years later.
Injury marred his time at Valley Parade and he was farmed out on loan in January to Hamilton Academical for the remainder of the season.
His one goal for the Accies came against Dundee in a 3-1 defeat of the Dark Blues in the First Division.
