Walsall have announced the signing of former Wolves winger Ashley Hemmings, who joins on a two-year deal.
The 21-year-old was officially a free agent before agreeing terms after being released by Wolves. "I'm delighted to have Ashley on board. He's an exciting talent who I watched many times for Wolves reserves," manager Dean Smith told the club's official website. "I also had him watched three or four times while he was on loan at Plymouth and I think that that run of games has really helped his development. "He is a very promising youngster who will continue to develop and grow. "He's a skilful player with genuine pace who can play on either side or off the front man. He's a good addition and I'm looking forward to working with him."
