Northern Irish international Elliot was signed from Championship outfit Doncaster Rovers in January
He made seven appearances for The Accies last season before having a loan spell at Stirling.
Ross was a recent acquisition having joined from St Mirren in July, but has now decided to play elsewhere.
A statement on the club's official website read: "The club wish both players all the best for the future."
