Striker open to permanent deal at Carlisle

Millwall striker Jason Price admits he would have to 'seriously look' at any contract offer from Carlisle United. Price joined Carlisle on loan last month and is due to stay at Brunton Park until the end of the season after struggling for opportunities at Millwall. He has scored twice in four appearances for the Cumbrians and had undertaken a loan stint at Oldham Athletic prior to joining Greg Abbott's side. The forward, who turns 33 next week, accepts he is playing for his future and is open to a more long-term arrangement at Carlisle. "I'm playing for a contract," Price told the News & Star. "If I'm offered one, I will have to seriously look at it, because I'm getting on now! "I need to be playing games and scoring goals."
