Guinean admits that he may look for a move elsewhere
St Etienne's Pascal Feindouno has revealed that he was tempted by a summer offer from Al-Hilal.
The Guinea captain has explained that offers came from several clubs but the Saudi Arabian side's contract was the most attractive.
The 26-year-old, who has scored 30 goals in 103 games for the French club, admitted that St Etienne's asking price put off potential buyers.
"Last summer, a lot of people talked to me, Sevilla, Roma and other clubs," Feindouno told L'Equipe.
"But St-Etienne wanted €6million and the clubs did not want to go beyond €4.5million.
"Anyway, I wanted to leave. Al-Hilal were my choice. I believe I have the level for any league, but the best propostion came from Saudi Arabia.
"I have a very good contract at St-Etiennce, but you always want more. I have played in France for so long, I played my first match in December 1998."
