Ahead of the start of the defence of their crown, Sky Sports is taking a look back at the remarkable story of Chelsea's Champions League victory.

In a special hour-long programme to be aired on Saturday evening, we'll reflect on how the Blues overcame the odds to lift Europe's biggest prize.
