Ghana will face Egypt in the pick of the play-offs in Africa to decide which countries qualify for next year's World Cup.
Egypt were the only non-seeded team to reach the play-offs with a 100 per cent record and they were the side that the highly-fancied west African giants wanted to avoid.
Africa champions Nigeria will face Ethiopia - the lowest ranked side in the draw - whilst the top seeds Ivory Coast tackle Senegal.
In the other two-legged ties, Tunisia meet Cameroon and African Cup of Nations finalists Burkina Faso are up against Algeria.
The first legs will be played between October 11-15 and the second legs a month later.
