Bury have bolstered their defensive options by bringing in centre-half Adam El-Abd on loan from Bristol City until January 25.
The 30-year-old Egyptian joined the Robins from Brighton in January, playing 13 times for City last season and making six appearances this term. El-Abd previously featured in more than 300 matches for the Seagulls and will go straight into the Bury squad for Saturday's League Two game against Dagenham.
