Cheltenham manager Mark Yates has been fined £500 after he admitted a breach of the Football Association's misconduct rules.

The Robins boss was involved in a heated debate with Cambridge boss Richard Money during the first half of Cheltenham's 2-1 win earlier this month which saw both managers sent to the stands. An FA statement read: "Yates was charged for his language and/or behaviour towards Mr Richard Money of Cambridge United FC at the end of the first half of the game on 21 October 2014. "Whilst he admitted the charge, Yates did not accept the £500 standard penalty, however, following an Independent Regulatory Commission the penalty remains."
