Sky Sports understands Crystal Palace are poised to sign Tottenham defender Zeki Fryers before the close of the transfer window
Palace boss Neil Warnock is expected to be busy before the close of the transfer window and he has made a new left-back one of his top priorities.
Queens Park Rangers' Armand Traore was linked with a move to Selhurst Park, but Fryers is thought to have been Warnock's top target.
The 21-year-old is well down the pecking order at Tottenham with Danny Rose and summer signing Ben Davies ahead of him in Mauricio Pochettino's first-team plans.
Palace are thought to have agreed a fee with Tottenham for former Manchester United youngster Fryers, with the player expected to undergo a medical at Selhurst Park on deadline day.
