Celtic’s UEFA Champions League second qualifying round first leg against KR Reykjavik will take place in Iceland on Tuesday, July 15.

The fixture, new manager Ronny Deila’s first competitive game in charge of the Scottish champions, will kick off at 8.15pm BST.

The home tie at Murrayfield in Edinburgh, moved from Celtic Park because the Parkhead venue is being used for the 2014 Commonwealth Games, will go ahead on Tuesday, July 22, with a 7.45pm kick-off.

Norwegian Deila will take his squad to Austria for a training camp at the beginning of July where they will be put through their paces and play five matches before returning for the crucial first leg in the Icelandic capital.

Iceland play a summer league and the country’s top tier kicked off their 2014 campaign at the beginning of May with KR Reykjavik fourth after nine games.
