Getafe's on-loan centre-back Lisandro Lopez has admitted he wants to return to parent club Benfica when his loan expires.
The 24-year-old is currently on loan to the La Liga outfit until the end of the season and is insistent he wants to wants to return to the Portuguese leaders.
The Argentine has recently been called up to the national team to face Romania on March 5th, and will be hoping his performances in Spain can help him win a place in Alejandro Sabella's squad which will head to Brazil in the summer.
The defender joined Benfica during last summer's transfer window from Argentinian outfit Arsenal de Sarandi and his contract is rumoured to include a 35 million Euros buy-out clause.
Speaking to the Record, Lopez said: "I'll return, as Getafe doesn't have the option to buy me. Benfica are one of the biggest clubs in Europe, so I intend to play there."
