Wesley Sneijder will be offered the chance to join Galatasaray after Inter accepted a bid from the Turkish club.
Sneijder has been left on the sidelines since September amid an ongoing dispute with Inter over his wages, although head coach Andrea Stramaccioni continues to put the player's absence down to tactics.
Several Premier League clubs have been linked with a move for the Holland midfielder, but Galatasaray made the first move earlier this week.
And Inter president Massimo Moratti said: "Galatasaray's offer satisfies us. Now it depends on the player."
Sneijder, who helped Inter to the Champions League title in 2010, has been told he has a future at the club - but only if he agrees to a new deal on reduced money.
Moratti said: "We would be happy if he decided to stay on our terms. I haven't spoken to him, but if he did decide to stay on our terms he would be a great help."
