Harris: It wasn't a classic

Dagenham assistant manager Terry Harris admitted Saturday's 1-0 home win over Fleetwood will not live long in the memory.

Sam Williams sealed the win for the hosts with a late penalty after being fouled by Youl Mawene in the box. Harris said: "It certainly wasn't a classic. You're not going to get one every week. There was probably one goal in it and that's how it panned out. I think we got our just rewards. "We didn't really stretch their defence but that was how it went. It was box-to-box with nothing really on the end of that. "Both goalkeepers didn't really have that much to do. We're really really pleased there were no mistakes at the back. "We've been working with the back four. That paid off and we got the result."
