The Chelsea ace was whistled with every touch in his country's 2-2 World Cup qualifying draw with Chile, but Bielsa wants him to focus on his play on the pitch.
"That's something that didn't have anything to do with the performance of my team or Veron," said Bielsa.
"If he is accepted or not by the supporters, it is not something that is going to influence the team.
"The player must keep his mind away from what the people say."
Despite squandering a two-goal advantage in the contest, following strikes from Kily Gonzalez and Pablo Aimar, Bielsa was happy with his side.
"I am satisfied with what my team did, but not with the result because we had a lot more goalscoring opportunities than them," he added.
"So, not winning a match like this one, after being 2-0 up, makes me disappointed."
Bielsa's counterpart Juvenal Olmos was naturally happy his side earned a share of the spoils in the contest, praising the team's character to fight back.
"We have reached a standard that the Chilean national team had lost, we are not going to be rolled over again like what happened in past qualifying sessions," said Olmos.
"Today all the Chilean players showed that we can go very far if we all believe in what we are doing."
