Vicente del Bosque: Saw Spain lose but took positives from the defeat
Vicente del Bosque was left frustrated but took the positives after Spain went down 1-0 to England at Wembley.
Despite being starved of possession, a second-half goal from Frank Lampard was enough for the Three Lions to beat the world and European champions.
Spain striker David Villa hit the post with a left-footed volley before Cesc Fabregas spurned a glorious chance in the dying minutes, dragging his shot wide when he should have scored.
Del Bosque said: "I'm a bit disappointed and almost angry that we didn't win the game.
Positives
"I'm a bit disappointed and almost angry that we didn't win the game. But I can take lots of positives."
