Spain boss Vicente Del Bosque is hopeful Xabi Alonso and Sergio Ramos will be fit to face Scotland next week.
Alonso was forced to miss Friday's win over Lithuania after pulling out of the game because of illness, while Ramos picked up a knock during Spain's 3-1 win.
Del Bosque will give the Real Madrid pair until the last minute to prove their fitness for the trip to Hampden Park.
"We hope that Sergio Ramos does not have any difficulties," Del Bosque told AS.
"I hope Xabi Alonso is also with us. I am counting on them for Tuesday's game in Glasgow.
"Then if we have to change we will see. But at the moment I am not planning to call any additional players for that game."
Fernando Llorente, who scored two goals in the victory over Lithuania, is confident he will be able to face Scotland despite struggling with an ankle problem.
"It's a knock I got in the last La Liga match that I have been carrying since then," said Llorente.
