Sky Bet make Netherlands the slight favourites for victory at 6/4 in their must-win clash with Portugal at the Metalist Stadium.
The Dutch will be eliminated from Euro 2012 if they end Sunday night's clash with anything less than three points, while Portugal will only need a point to qualify if Group B leaders Germany beat Denmark.
Paulo Bento's men, who currently occupy second spot, are odds-on to qualify despite being 7/4 outsiders to win in Kharkiv, with Netherlands 11/2 to progress.
Bert van Marwijk's men need to win by at least two goals and hope that the Danes lose to make sure of progression, with the prospect of qualification being decider on goals scored falling favourably on Portugal.
Sky Bet make the Dutch 7/2 to overcome a -1 handicap, while the Portuguese are 8/15 to draw or win, with a point potentially enough to see them progress.
Back-to-back defeats has seen the Dutch drift from 6/1 pre-tournament to 28/1, while Portugal have been trimmed slightly, from 18/1 to 14/1.
The decisive clash also brings together two of Europe's most profilic scorers, with Cristiano Ronaldo 11/2 favourite to open the scoring and Robin van Persie 6/1 to break the deadlock.
Helder Postiga has been cut to 33/1 to be the Euro 2012 top goalscorer after bagging a brace against Denmark, while Van Persie, who netted against the Germans, has drifted out to 25/1 due to his side's poor chances of progressing.
