The Republic of Ireland have announced a friendly with Hungary in their final warm-up game ahead of the Euro 2012 finals.

The Football Association of Ireland have confirmed that Giovanni Trapattoni's men will play a friendly in Budapest on 4th June.

Ireland will meet the Czech Republic at the Aviva Stadium on 29th February 29, but begin their preparations in earnest when Bosnia-Herzegovina head for Dublin on 26th May.

They will set off for their pre-tournament training camp in Montecatini, Italy, the following day before their date with the Hungarians.

Trapattoni and his players will travel from Budapest to their base in Gdynia, Poland, the next day, and will open their campaign against Croatia in Poznan on 10th June.
