Republic of Ireland have injury concerns over three players heading into their World Cup qualifier against Montenegro on Wednesday.
Although manager Giovanni Trapattoni enjoyed a 2-1 victory over Georgia in his first competitive game in charge on Saturday, his side did not emerge from the game unscathed.
Goalkeeper Shay Given picked up a knock while goalscorer Kevin Doyle and winger Stephen Hunt are both battling to overcome calf problems.
"At the moment we have concerns over two or three," said the Italian coach on Sky Sports News.
"Maybe I'll have to think about changing three players because of injury.
"Today I'm optimistic but we'll see after training tomorrow."
