Ravel Morrison is one of a number of high-profile loanees included in the England Under-21 squad for next week's European Championship qualifier against Wales.
Morrison moved to Queens Park Rangers on loan from West Ham earlier this month and was named by U21 manager Gareth Southgate in his 23-man party for the clash at Derby's iPro Stadium on Wednesday night.
Wilfried Zaha and Thomas Ince, who are on loan at Cardiff and Crystal Palace from Manchester United and Blackpool respectively, are also included.
Tottenham's uncapped former Manchester United defender Zeki Fryers is also named as is Nottingham Forest defender Jamaal Lascelles.
Attacking players Harry Kane of Spurs and Norwich's Nathan Redmond return after missing November's 9-0 win over San Marino.
