Joleon Lescott has already lifted the Premier League title in 2012 and is now setting his sights on securing a domestic and international double.
Having helped Manchester City to end their long wait for league success, the centre-half is hoping to be celebrating again this summer in the colours of his country.
With England having made it through to the quarter-finals of Euro 2012, belief that the Three Lions could go all the way is starting to build.
With a strong City presence within Roy Hodgson's ranks, Lescott admits there is a hunger within the camp to taste further glory.
Ahead of Sunday's last eight showdown with Italy, he said: "It would be absolutely amazing to do a double of winning the Premier League and then the European Championships.
Dreaming
"But I'm not looking that far ahead. It's Italy next.
"Only if we get to the final can you start dreaming of winning it.
"It was the same at Man City. We didn't think about winning the league until we went into the last game against QPR."
Lescott's career has been on an upward curve for some time now, with a move to Manchester City in 2009 providing the 29-year-old centre-half with the ideal platform on which to display his talents and push for international recognition.
He is determined to make the most of the opportunity which has been presented to him, with it his belief that England have what it takes to conquer the continent.

Lescott added: "Winning the FA Cup was the start, then going on to win the Premier League, being part of the England team, going well in this tournament. It has been great, a real honour for me, especially playing in a tournament like this but there's still a long way to go.
"It was a massive bonus winning the group and it will definitely crank up the expectations now. But I think the belief has always been there in this squad, in this team.
"Look at the players we have got and the things they have won in their individual careers.
"I don't think they've got low expectations of themselves. I think they are confident of doing well for the nation.
"Me? I just love playing and all the stuff that goes around it - to be involved in this and to hear the excitement that is building back home is just great."
