Worthington loses four more stars for Morocco match

Northern Ireland have lost four more players for Wednesday's friendly with Morocco at Windsor Park. Rangers duo Steven Davis and Kyle Lafferty have been ruled out with groin and foot injuries respectively, while Motherwell defender Stephen Craigan and on-loan Leeds defender George McCartney have both been forced to pull out because of injury. The quartet join Chris Baird, Maik Taylor, Corry Evans, Sammy Clingan, Warren Feeney and Gareth McAuley in pulling out of the original squad. Nigel Worthington has drafted in Aberdeen pair Josh Magennis and Rory McArdle and Walsall's on-loan defender Ryan McGivern to replace the injured players in the squad. Uncapped Preston midfielder Adam Barton, Andrew Little, Josh McQuoid, Lee Hodson and Michael O'Connor had all previously been brought in to the squad as a result of the injury problems. Despite the absence of Feeney in attack there is still no place for all-time top scorer David Healy in the squad.
