LA Galaxy striker Landon Donovan has expressed an interest in plying his trade in Brazil, but admits it may not be possible.
The USA international has recently been linked with a move back to England with Premier League club Everton interested reportedly interested in re-signing the forward on loan.
However, Donovan claims to be enjoying life in Major League Soccer but would be open to a move to Brazil, should the relevant doors open.
Despite revealing his ambition of playing in South America, Donovan remains realistic and understands the implications of being tied to a long-term contract.
"I would love to play in Brazil, but I don't know if it would be possible," he told Lancenet.
"I currently play for Los Angeles Galaxy, I love playing there and I have three more years of contract.
"I don't know if I'll be able to play after the contract is over."
Donovan has scored 21 goals in 55 appearances since returning to the MLS following a goalless loan spell with Everton in 2012.
