Spartak Moscow general director Roman Askhabadze has revealed that they are prepared to listen to offers for Aiden McGeady in the winter.
Republic of Ireland international McGeady made a big-money move from Celtic to Russia in 2010 but will be out of contract at the end of the season and has been linked with a return to Britain.
Askhabadze is keen to keep hold of the winger and hopes a new deal can be agreed, but admits they may have to cash in when the transfer window reopens.
"The club is willing to discuss a new contract for Aiden at any time," said Askhabadze in the Daily Record.
"But if we get a good offer this winter, we would be willing to consider it."
